Educational Qualification
- Diploma (3 years) in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution or State Technical Education Board.

- Initial pay: ₹35,400 (Pay Level-6 as per Punjab Civil Services Rules).
- Plus allowances (DA, HRA, etc.) as per govt norms.
Age Limit
- General: 18-37 years (as on January 1, 2025).
- SC/BC (Punjab): Up to 42 years.
- Govt Employees: Up to 45 years (with NOC).
- Ex-Servicemen: Service years deducted, max not over 3 years beyond general limit.
- PwD: Up to 47 years.
- Widows/Divorcees: Up to 40 years.
