Qualification Eligibility
For all trades:
To be eligible for the Technician roles at CSIR-CMERI, candidates must have passed Class 10 (or SSC equivalent) including Science subjects with a minimum of 55% marks, along with one of these options in the relevant trade:
- A valid ITI certificate (National or State level), or
- Completion of two years of full-time apprenticeship training, or
- At least three years of hands-on experience gained from a Government department, Public Sector Undertaking, or Autonomous organization.
Preferred abilities, which differ by trade, may include understanding technical drawings, operating tools and equipment, basic computer skills, collaborating in teams, and performing duties in field settings
