Eligibility Criteria

To apply, candidates must meet these requirements:

  • Educational Qualification:
  • For Examiner: Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) or Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university. Knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), especially Trade Marks and Geographical Indications, is desirable.
