Eligibility Requirements
- MBBS degree plus MD/MS/DNB or equivalent diploma from a recognized university or institution approved by the Medical Council of India.
- Registered with Punjab Medical Council or Medical Council of India.
- Passed Punjabi subject up to 10th grade (matric) level.
- For foreign medical graduates: Include FMGE pass certificate.
- Experience: Not mandatory, but bring certificates if any.

Duty Terms or Conditions

- Maintain manual patient registers for OPD/IPD until IT system ready.
- Up to 4 leaves per month; inform in advance.
- If over 150 OPD or 30 IPD patients in a day, records may be audited.
- Follow medical ethics and professional standards.
- Empanelment is for one hospital only, non-transferable, and for clinical services (no medico-legal or admin duties).
- To withdraw: Give 1-month written notice to Civil Surgeon or pay 1-month minimum fee.
- Civil Surgeon can terminate anytime without notice or reason.
- Extension based on performance review by department.
- If false info found, empanelment canceled plus legal action.
