Eligibility Requirements
Qualification Needed
- To apply for Branch Manager: Hold an MBA/Postgraduate degree or be a First Class Graduate.
- For Financial Analyst/Internal Auditor: Must have CA/ICWA, MBA Finance, or First Class Graduate/PG degree.
- Computer Programmer: B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science/IT) or MCA, with necessary experience.
- Society Manager and Computer Operator: – Graduation from any recognized university. – Ability to type in Hindi and English. – Completed 1-year computer course (DCA, PGDCA, COPA, etc.) OR hold a degree in Computer/IT field (BCA, B.Sc IT, B.E., etc.).
- Computer Operator (Contract basis): Same education as above + relevant experience in cooperative banks as per norms.

How Candidates are Selected

Compensation and Advantages
