- CA (ICAI) OR CMA (ICAI) OR First Class MBA / PG Diploma in Finance (2 years)
MT (Human Resources)
- First Class MBA / PG Degree / PG Diploma (2 years) in HR / PM & IR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Social Work / Social Welfare
- Desirable: Degree in Law

The selection will be carried out in two stages:
- Computer Based Online Test (CBoT) – 85% weightage
- Interview – 15% weightage

- Total Questions: 150 MCQs
- Discipline‑Specific: 100 Questions
- General Aptitude: 50 Questions
- Duration: 2 Hours
- Negative Marking: 0.25 mark per wrong answer
Minimum Qualifying Marks
- UR/EWS: 60%
- SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD: 50%
