Selection Process for NABARD Young Professionals 2026

The selection is simple and happens in two main steps:

• Shortlisting of Applications:
  • NABARD will review all applications. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their education marks, relevant work experience, and overall profile.
• Personal Interview:
  • Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. You may need to give a short presentation. Final selection depends on your performance in the presentation and interview.

Salary and Benefits for NABARD Young Professionals 2026

• Contract Duration: Starts with 1 year; can be extended up to a maximum of 3 years based on performance

     Click on “Click here for New Registration”. Enter details very carefully and with original ID. You’ll get a provisional registration number and password – note them down safely.
4. Log in with your registration number and password. Fill in all sections: personal details, educational qualifications, work experience, and choose your preferred discipline (you can apply for only one).
5. Upload Your Documents:
   Upload scanned copies in the required format and size:
   Recent passport-size photograph
   Your signature
   Left thumb impression
   Hand-written declaration (use the exact format provided in the official notification)
6. Pay the Application Fee
   The fee is the same for all candidates and non-refundable.
7. Review and Submit
   Check every detail and uploaded file carefully. Once submitted, you can’t make changes.
   After successful submission, download and print the application form and fee receipt for your records.
